1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SIA Great Success (Registration number: 50203008941), a limited liability company registered in Latvia at Vārpu iela 6, Ķekava, LV-2123, operating under the brand name Redeleter.

By accessing and using Redeleter at https://redeleter.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Redeleter is a web-based application that provides the following functionality:

  • Access to and display of your Reddit post and comment history via Reddit's OAuth API
  • Filtering and search capabilities for your Reddit content
  • AI-powered analysis of your Reddit presence and content risk assessment
  • Bulk and selective deletion of Reddit posts and comments
  • Deletion job tracking and audit logs
  • Premium subscription features including unlimited deletions and advanced analytics

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use Redeleter, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a valid Reddit account in good standing
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use Redeleter only with your own Reddit account or accounts you are authorized to manage
  • Not use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Comply with all applicable laws and Reddit's Terms of Service and API Terms
  • Accept full responsibility for all content deletion decisions
  • Understand that deletions are permanent and irreversible
  • Not attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Not use automated means to access the service except through official API endpoints
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. Premium Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Automatic recurring billing until cancelled
  • Prices displayed at time of purchase (subject to change with 30 days notice)
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Access to premium features terminates upon subscription cancellation or non-payment

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Redeleter is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% successful deletion of all selected content due to Reddit API limitations
  • Removal of content from third-party archives, caches, or search engine results
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service
  • Complete removal of content from Reddit's internal backups or archives
  • Compatibility with all browsers, devices, or operating systems
  • That the service will meet your specific requirements

7. Reddit API Compliance and Rate Limiting

Redeleter operates within Reddit's API rate limits and terms of service. We implement controlled pacing for deletion operations to prevent account suspension. Deletion speeds may vary based on Reddit's rate limits and system load.

You acknowledge that violations of Reddit's Terms of Service may result in action by Reddit against your account, for which Redeleter bears no responsibility.

8. Data Deletion Permanence and Risk Acknowledgment

CRITICAL NOTICE: Content deletion through Redeleter is permanent and cannot be undone. By using the deletion features, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Deleted posts and comments cannot be recovered by Redeleter or Reddit
  • You have carefully reviewed all content before initiating deletion
  • You accept full responsibility for accidental or unintended deletions
  • Third-party archives (Pushshift, Reveddit, etc.) may retain copies indefinitely
  • Search engines and web caches may retain copies temporarily
  • Redeleter is not liable for any consequences of content deletion

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Redeleter service, including its code, design, logos, and content (excluding user content), is owned by SIA Great Success and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your Reddit content. By using Redeleter, you grant us a limited license to access, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Redeleter, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior
  • Violation of Reddit's Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Extended periods of inactivity (2+ years)
  • At our sole discretion if we believe it necessary to protect the service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Latvian law and EU regulations, SIA Great Success and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damage to reputation or relationships
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Deletion of content (accidental or intended)
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Redeleter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is less.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIA Great Success and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of Redeleter
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including Reddit's terms
  • Your content or deletion decisions

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Redeleter integrates with Reddit's API, Anthropic Claude, Stripe, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, accuracy, or policies of these external services
  • Changes to third-party APIs or terms
  • Data breaches or security issues with third-party services

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, internet service disruptions, or Reddit API changes.

15. Changes to Terms and Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting a notice on the Redeleter website
  • Sending an email to your registered email address (if applicable)
  • Displaying an in-app notification

Continued use of Redeleter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Redeleter shall be resolved through:

  1. Negotiation: We encourage you to contact us first at boss@redeleter.com to resolve disputes amicably
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation
  3. Latvian Courts: If mediation fails, disputes shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Riga, Latvia

For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SIA Great Success regarding the use of Redeleter and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
